From Amy Nicole Patterns:

The Chelsea Party Dress is an empire waist, gathered + flared dress with a plunging neckline and open back. This pattern offers 2 views. View A is a shorter, flirty above-the-knee length. View B adds a panel for a beautiful, dramatic maxi length. This pattern prefers lighter weight fabrics with good drape., but more structured fabrics could work great for the bodice pieces!

Each Amy Nicole pattern is named after a woman who has been an inspiration in my life. This pattern is named after the ultimate party girl, my cousin Chelsea. Her energy and free spirit are contagious. And she is a very talented designer (you are looking at her graphic design work right now in fact!)

Recommended Fabrics: The Chelsea Party Dress looks great when sewn in light to medium weight fabrics with great drape and no stretch. I recommend crepe de chine, rayon, chiffon, lightweight tencel, and similar. But sewing is all about experimentation. I encourage you to have fun with it!

Sizes: 0-32
B cup available in sizes 0-20, D cup available in sizes 16-32
Amy Nicole Patterns are drafted for Petites. Those taller may need to add length, and guides for doing this are provided in the pattern & instructions.
