From Sew Liberated:

This whimsical pant reimagines a wardrobe staple: casual pants with a uniquely fun shape.

The Arthur Pants combine the classic comfort of wide-legged pants with dramatically shaped side seams and a tapered hem. The fit is relaxed, with plenty of ease, a high waist, a lowered crotch, and roomy pockets.

Versatile and appropriate to any season, the Arthur Pants will become a key part of your sustainable wardrobe. They pair well with the Strata Top, or underneath a Hinterland or Metamorphic Dress.

Our detailed instructions and video tutorial walk you through durable construction techniques, including flat-felled and French seams. Choose between a fly front with elastic back waist or a pull-on, fully elastic waist.

The Arthur Pants pattern is a collaboration between Sew Liberated and designer Debra Weiss of Specks & Keepings, part of our mission to encourage slow and sustainable fashion. Debra originally designed the Arthur Pants as a ready-to-wear garment, produced by her team in small batches.

This pattern is suitable for advanced beginners.

The pattern includes sizes 0-30. Here are links to the sizing chart, finished garment measurements, and fabric and notion requirements.
