Sewing Pattern Zoe Dress is a very playful dress with pin-tucks down the front, a pleated skirt and a Peter Pan collar. Zoe may be sewn with long sleeves and French cuffs or short sleeves for the summer. You may also leave out the Peter Pan collar.
