The Weiland Tank is a basic tank top cropped at the waist. The top half of the tank is lined and finished with elastic under the bust, creating a built in shelf bra. View A has a scooped neckline and View B has a V neck. The front and back can be interchanged between views. This tank will be your new wardrobe staple - to be worn alone or as a layering item. Suggested Fabrics:
- Main fabric: Medium to heavy weight stretch fabrics with 40% + stretch and good recovery; 2 way stretch (fabric needs to stretch both horizontally and vertically.)
- Lining: Medium to heavy weight stretch fabrics with 40% + stretch and good recovery; 2 way stretch (Fabric needs to stretch both horizontally and vertically.) For extra support, you may like to add an extra layer of powermesh to your lining fabric. Or use a sturdier knit, such as ponte.
Sizes & Fitting Notes: Available in a B cup and a combined C/D cup, in sizes A to N.
This pattern was drafted for a height of 5 ft 7. It has two cup size options - B cup and a combined C/D cup. To find your sewing cup size, measure your high bust and full bust. The difference between the two measurements will tell you your size.
