The Sina dress pattern is based off a long kaftan, i.e. an oversize shirt dress pattern with two inseam pockets. The patterns’ widely overcut shoulders, turn into short kimono sleeves, to which wide bishop sleeves, with ruffled hems, can be sewn. The dress has a V-neck in the front and back, which transitions into a box pleat in the front.
