Following this tutorial you can sew a wide open, practical zippered sewing organizer with a sophisticated inner structure. It's perfect for everyday use in your workspace and as a travel sewing kit. The main 3 cm deep compartment is divided into three sections for convenient storage of thimbles, bobbins, spools, measure tapes and other sewing items. One of the sections keeps the pincushion (the pattern is also included). It can be taken out if necessary. The organizer also has a flip middle compartment. One side of the middle compartment holds small scissors in the pocket with the flap and needles on the felt base. The other side has two pockets, which can be used for a 18 cm ruler, fabric pen or a point turner. The inner side of the cover has a zippered pocket to keep small items. The outer side is decorated with the floral hand applique. Repeat it if you wish (the pattern is also included) or make your own applique, embroidery or patchwork design.
