Paws Up! was inspired by the 4 year old Yellow Labrador mix, named Casey, who my husband and I recently adopted. Casey is a big fan of stretching her long legs, sometimes even up in the air while sleeping on her back. Paws Up! is a tribute to all of the dogs and cats looking for their forever homes.
Paws Up! is a fun, adorable quilt that uses intermediate foundation paper piecing techniques.
Layout instructions are provided to make a Mini, Throw, Twin or Queen quilt.
This tested pattern contains both detailed instructions and diagrams, making it easy to piece.
Each Paws Up! block consists of 2 paws/legs and measures 30″ x 30″ making it a flexible design to customize your own quilting project.Finished quilt measures approximately:
– 30″ x 30″ (Mini)
– 60″ x 60″ (Throw)
– 72″ x 90″ (Twin)
– 90″ x 90″ (Queen)This pattern requires foundation paper piecing techniques. General foundation paper piecing knowledge is assumed.
