The Parasol PDF sewing pattern is a high waisted trouser/shorts as well as a double wrap tank jumpsuit. It comes in three different lengths: [1] full length [2] cropped length, and [3] shorts. The pattern comes with flattering slanted pockets and no side seams, a concealed waistband for more comfort and an optional belt and belt loops. Easy, comfortable and stylish too. Perfect for a hot summer day but just as cool layered over a t-shirt or turtleneck on cooler days.
The patterns come with illustrated step by step instructions, perfect for a beginner wanting to learn new techniques. The zipper and fitting the jumpsuit makes this pattern a nice challenge and therefore more of an intermediate pattern.

Recommended Fabrics: Light to medium weight wovens with a soft hand and good drape for a fluid and flowy style, such as: tencel, rayon, crepe, silk georgette, challis, double gauze. For a more structured style (best for the trousers): cotton, twill, denim, linen. Optional: to finish your bodice you can either use Lining for doubling your bodice (use a light weight fabric) or Bias Tape to finish the neckline and armholes.
