Paloma is the perfect dress for the summer heat and shows just enough skin. With a lined bust, it was designed to be worn without a bra. The lining gives added support and modesty. Paloma is both retro and romantic at the same time- it has a gathered neckline, an empire waist highlighted with ladder trim and a side slit. It was specifically imagined for motivated beginners and does not require the installation of a zipper or buttons.
It slips on over the head without the need for a zipper (this was true for all of my testers in both size ranges). If you still would like to add a zipper, it is possible to do so in the side seam.
Recommended Fabrics: Lightweight fabric such as linen, linen or why not linen? ;-) But if you are adventurous you might consider trying a viscose fabric for a very drapey dress, or cotton poplin for a more structured version.
