From Ready to sew:

Meet Pablo, an overall/apron combo with a unique cut and style that has been designed to wrap around your hips and waist. Inspired by the painting, “ Les demoiselles d’Avignon ” by Pablo Picasso, this garment that mixes a few styles will find a place in your wardrobe as an artists’ smock that will protect you while you are creating, or paired with your favorite clogs to help you live your best bohemian summer. Pablo has two front darts and four back darts for extra shaping.

Recommended Fabrics:

  • Fabric: Light to medium-weight warp and weft fabric, such as linen or ramie. Avoid fabric that is too fluid like viscose or fabric too stiff and rigid like denim Pablo was designed with linen or cotton/linen bend in mind. Careful: the wrong side of the fabric will be visible at the bib.
  • The protoypes are made from antique linen bed sheets naturally dyed and patch with sashiko style embroidery or made from 100% organic cotton tea towel fabric.

Sizes: EU 32-46 (B cup)*
Drafted for height 167 cm (5'6")

*Pablo is only available in range 1 at the moment. Please read this article to learn why this pattern stops at size 46.
