The Louise sweater has an A-line shape with a high low hem, with the front length hitting about hip length. The back of the sweater has a pleat, giving the sweater a fresh and airy look, perfect for using light summer wovens with a nice drape. The side seams are shifted towards the front to accommodate the functional kangaroo pocket. The pattern comes with both long & short cuffed sleeves and a dress version.
Techniques involved include sewing with knits & wovens, straight seams & curved seams, attaching ribbing & attaching hem facings.
