From HotPatterns:

Inspired by rugged menswear from the 1930’s, this super-cool windcheater is designed for medium weight fabrics with a firm or crisp hand...think twill, heavy poplin, or glazed cotton.

Relaxed-fit, hip length lined windcheater has a front yoke, pleated patch pockets with flaps, and one front zipper welt pocket.

Jacket has an interior drawstring at the waist; the paneled hood has a drawstring run through eyelets with leather toggle detail.

Two-piece sleeves finish with a gusseted cuff; front closes with a zipper & snap-closed band.

Tonal or contrast top-stitching is totally optional, but really, why wouldn’t you?

This tough-as-nails jacket works with a classic T-shirt and 5-pocket jean, a relaxed chino or a cargo pant; make it for the rugged man in your life, and bring back the rugged life in your man!
