From Merchant & Mills:

An oversized, drop-shouldered, quarter-lined jacked with a rolled shawl collar and front patch pockets.

VARIATION: also works beautifully lengthened to a knee length, mid-season coat.

Taking our inspiration from a man's linen jacket, we softened and shaped the shoulder seams and armholes, dropped the shoulders and used gentle tailoring to follow a woman's curves. We arrived at a relaxed, quarter-lined jacket with a rolled shawl collar, buttoned front and patch pockets.

Guaranteed to imbue the wearer with a casual, confident elegance, the Haremere is ideal for alfresco dining at Piazza San Marco, Venice or for cutting a dash down the Portobello Road, London.

Drafted in sizes Small, Medium and Large, our chosen fabrics for this wardrobe essential would be soft and medium-weight linens or, for cooler climes, Harris Tweed, or a sumptuous corduroy.
