From The Pattern Line:

A timeless wardrobe staple, the Franklin T-shirt has a relaxed fit featuring a prominent long seam at center back, short sleeves and classic crewneck. Entirely unembellished, except for a subtle back seam detail, this multitasking piece will become a foundation for countless off-duty and smart-casual curations.

Difficulty: This pattern is geared toward intermediate to experienced sewers, looking to build up their sewing skills. Think of it as a mini-course on various techniques, where I take you into my sewing atelier and show you the high-end finishes you can find in a luxury ready-to-wear garment.

Suggested fabrics: to maintain the fluidity of this T-shirt, use medium to light weight knits in cotton, linen, silk, wool, rayon and various blends of natural and synthetic fibers with about 20-30% cross grain stretch. 2-way stretch knits are preferred, but not required. Very stretchy knits are not recommended (above 40-50%). You can use ribbing for a neckband in place of self fabric.

Sizes: XXXS-XL  (4x0 - 18)
Fits bust/chest up to 43.5" / 110.5 cm

Fit Notes: Sample shown is made from medium weight linen knit. Make the most luxurious T-shirt in your collection using high quality cotton, linen or silk knits. Model is 5’6″ and falls between sizes 4 and 6, measuring 35″ Bust (34DD-32E)/27″ Waist/38″ Hip, wearing straight size 4.
