From Primrose Dawn:

The Desiree Bra is a classic full-coverage bra with a flattering three-piece cup. Inner Cup options include a folded edge, lace edge and fold over elastic edge. Cups can also be made with cut and sew foam. Four bridge options include a basic curved bridge, 2-piece bridge that continues the cup design line, lace bridge and gothic arch. Straps can be made with fabric and elastic back or all strap elastic. All cups and bridges are mix and match. Requires straight, zigzag, and 3-step zigzag stitches.

Take some of the mystery out of bra fitting by working in logical steps. Pattern includes a fitting guide with guidance for: finding your perfect underwire, adjust the pattern to fit your underwire, making a fitting band, adjusting the fit of the band, and adjusting the fit of the cups.

  • Create the illusion of a plunging demi bra without sacrificing support and coverage. Work the upper portions of Cup A and Bridge F in sheer cup lining that matches your skin tone and create a sexy style.
  • Showcase embroidered tulle or stretch lace with Cup B and Bridge G.
  • Thicker bra fabrics like scuba and duoplex can be finished with foldover elastic at the neckline edge in Cup C and Bridge E.
  • Create cut and sew foam cups and use any fabric for the cover, paired with a gothic arch bridge for maximum comfort in Cup D and Bridge H.

  • Cup B: Inner Cup cut in lace

  • Bridge F: 2-piece seamed with inset
  • Bridge G: 2-piece for lace
