The Alpha Bra, Tank, and Dress LOOKS hard to sew, but once you see the basic layout, it is QUICK to sew up!
Suggested fabrics: 4-way stretch knit fabric with at least 50% stretch in both directions. Lycra blends such as polyester, cotton and nylon will work well. Lycra (spandex) will help the fabric keep its shape. Lining fabric such as swim lining or nylon Lycra can be used to line the bra. For additional support, sandwich a compression fabric, power mesh or similar fabric between the main bra fabric and the lining.
