Welcome to the Handwork Studio, where we aim to pass down the tradition of machine sewing to inspire the next generation of crafters, makers, and sewers with educational patterns designed exclusively for kids ages 8 and up.
This Simplicity sewing pattern features the knit Lucky Leggings in Girls' sizes XS to XL, and it's rated as intermediate for sewers with some experience. This pattern will teach proper sewing terms, how to work with knit fabrics, how to prep and cut your fabric, how to sew on a curve, and more. Includes sewing practice sheets and written instructions that are kid-friendly (and friendly for non-sewing-parents!)
