From http://www.decadesofstyle.com/:

"This vintage pattern from 1952 for a wrap blouse is so beautiful and elegant we had to have it in our catalog! The front pieces of the blouse wrap across the front and tie at the center back. It has 3/4 length sleeves set into dropped-shoulder armholes. The blouse buttons at the front at the bottom of a shallow yoke.

There are so many wonderful stretch woven fabrics that would be fantastic for this pattern. It was not originally intended for a stretch fabric but that is the magic of mixing vintage patterns with modern fabrics!

The ease at the bust and waist is adjustable because of the design. It is roomy with 9" of ease in the bust. There is an inside belt that secures the back of the blouse and keeps it from going astray. Fit this belt piece to your waist and you are ready to go!"
