Vintage 1950s reproduction of an original Simplicity pattern and sewing instructions creates a one-yard apron plus mitts. Simple-to-make apron has tie ends gathered to fit the waistband and are tied in a bow in back. View 1 has a contrasting patch pocket and mitt potholders trimmed with bias fold tape. A row of rick rack borders the apron. In View 2, two patch pockets, each of a different color, are outlined with rick rack. View 3 is interestingly trimmed with braid, and in View 4, ribbon and bow trim is featured.
