From the Decades of Style website:

This vintage pattern from 1931 is our tribute to all the wonderful Hollywood actresses of the 1930s and to their even more wonderful wardrobes. We can imagine quite a few of them wearing this elegant blouse. The best part is that you don't have to imagine it; you can make it!

The cowl yoke is cut on the bias and can be made from a contrasting fabric. The set in sleeve has two options; long and slim, or, long and pieced with fullness gathered into a wristband. Side zipper opening. Choice of hip-length peplum or knee length tunic. 2" of ease at the waist and 4" of ease at the bust. A self fabric tie belt is optional.

We recommend soft, light to medium weight fabrics. Rayon, silk, linen, challis even soft wools. Beware of directional prints, plaids and stripes because of the bias cut of the cowl.

Pattern includes all 9 sizes.
