From the Decades of Style website:

This vintage pattern from 1931 is truly exceptional. It is a waist length, unlined jacket with raglan sleeves. The jacket has quintessentially 1930s shaped seams and piecing - yet it looks right at home in the 21st century. The 3/4 length sleeve has a shaped hem to add even more to the timeless style of this jacket.

There are 2 views: one with a tie closure at the center front waist; and one without the ties, featuring a double breasted button closure or no closure with the jacket front draped open.

Choose a light to medium weight fabric. Linen, rayon, silks, challis, wool, light weight suiting. The front is self-lined so take this into consideration when choosing your fabric.
