Cotehardies and Sideless Surcoats, c. 14th and 15th centuries, has 3 cotehardies and 4 sideless surcoats.
iew I - Fitted front-laced cotehardie with low neck and flared cuffs, shown with heraldic decoration (not included).

View II - Fitted cotehardie with medium neck, buttons, sleeves and tippets.

View III - Sideless surcoat with wide front and back.

View IV - Square-necked sideless surcoat with medium back and very narrow front, trimmed in fur.

View V - Sideless surcoat with fur bodice and gathered skirt.

View VI - Fitted front-laced cotehardie with low neck, flared elbow-length lined sleeves and laced false undersleeves. Spanish sideless surcoat with medium front and back, cap sleeves and very low armholes.

Note: The chemises worn under the cotehardies are not included in this pattern, but will be available in Period Pattern no. 90 when the company reprints the pattern.
