I sewed a t-shirt for my husband with this pattern, in size 38 (calling it medium below, because 38 isn't a size in the database). I sized down from what his chest measures, in part because he likes a tighter fit through his shoulders, and in part because I was sewing with rib knit. It has so much stretch, that a loose-fitting shirt would have been problematic through the shoulders.

Modifications

Because I had approximately a single yard of this fabric that had uneven cuts at the end, I had to hack and piece this shirt together. I shortened the length of the bodice by about 1.5", and the sleeves by the same amount. The right sleeve has seam down the middle/front, and the neckband has two seams instead of one.
