This is sateen cotton sold in a small roll (150x300") by Ikea. Although the material is not listed on the ikea website it exactly matches their duvet set by the same name. It's pretty bright.
Care instructions
Machine wash ,hot 140°F (60°C).
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry, normal.
Iron, high temperature.
Do not dryclean.
