Pretty Black Stretch Lace Trim
This pretty and unusual black lace has a double flounce edge. It has a Retro style floral design that has lightly raised areas with a sateen finish in the petals of the flowers. The lace is excellent quality with a soft handle and drape and a good amount of stretch.
