This fabric was woven with organic cotton. It was milled in Japan. Sally Fox has been breeding cotton for the past thirty years, working to expand and support naturally colored cotton. The weft of the medium blue color of this fabric is made from undyed cotton in the color Coyote Brown. The wool used in our Pioneer yarn is grown by sheep on Sally's farm. The sheep are there to fertilize the ground where the cotton grows (they are very cute too!). Buy this fabric to make a pair of jeans or a bag, and Pioneer yarn to make a sweater, and you will have an outfit made from U.S. grown materials!
This heavyweight fabric is great for heavy work wear, sturdy tote bags, and upholstery.
